The Fight Club and 1984

The Fight Club
It's very difficult to choose just one to be my favorite movie because there are too many good films but one of them would definitely be The fight club (which is also a book by the way) released in 1999, it's about a group of men that initiate a clandestine club where they fight almost to the death, it's a mind-blowing film because it talks about a lot more than just fights and it makes you reconsider a lot of things about your life, consumerism, society and how we believe blindly in it, reaching bottom and losing yourself in the processes to finally find the real you.

And on the other side my favorite book it's "1984", written in 1949 by George Orwell its about a future dystopic world where we live under a totalitarian government that is always watching and controlling everyone, you must not do something that they don't want you to do and you have to believe anything that they say its true or it would be consequences. The book is about a man and how he tried to live his life in that society after he already opens his eyes and slowly starts to understand the truth.

For what they talk about and how we see things differently after, those are on my list of films and books that everyone should watch and read.
